If you're anything like me, a daily spiritual routine is an essential part of life. It's how I connect deeply with my soul and ensure alignment with my true self.
Spiritual self-care involves nurturing the various aspects of our being while navigating life's journey. Often, self-care is viewed as a "linear" activity—like going to the gym or attending a class—that temporarily re-aligns our physical selves.
However, it's common for daily stress and routines to burden us, especially as responsibilities pile up and seem never-ending. This can lead to losing touch with ourselves until our next scheduled moment of relief.
The goal of spiritual self-care is to progress toward the best version of ourselves.
